another Shine family beach day!! :)

so Madison enjoyed our family beach day so much the other day that we're gonna try and do it weekly! We like to get out early and grab some breakfast and then enjoy the beach before it gets too crowded!! This time we even let Madison get a lil dirty and put her hands in the sand! i think she liked it! :)

Our BIG 7 month old!

James and i cannot believe it!!! We have survived 7 months of PARENTING! haha! But seriously... i think we've done a pretty good job! Madison is growing up to be such a smart and beautiful young girl! In the last few weeks she has perfected her crawl, started using objects to stand up and even stood up twice by herself!! i think she'll be walking in no time! She also is "talking" a lot more and waving bye bye! Unfortunately, she has not said MaMa yet! Soon.. i hope:)

I'm excited for the weather to warm up because we have so many adorable outfits for Madison to wear, including all her adrable Roxy dresses and her bikinis lol! I can already see that she is a warm weather kinda girl:)

A few weeks ago we went back home (to Ridgecrest, ca) and James's mom showed me a picture of James as a baby.. WOW! Take a look for yourself:

the top left corner and bottom right are James as a baby! The others are Madison!! Are they identical or what?!?! I think James was so excited to see this!! He sure does love his mini me....

and she sure does LOVE her daddy!! Daddy's girl.. just like me <3

12 months?!?!

No, not Madison.. her PJ's! YES! she is in size 12 month pajamas! From the day we brought her home she was wearing a larger size of pajamas.. not because she's a chunk butt.. but because she's such a tall lil' girl! She's almost in the 90th% for height! Model material! haha! I do like toddler PJs better though because those button up ones are annoying! Especially for late night diaper changes! Plus they have some really cute styles! :)

Spring Break~March 31, 2011

So we haven't had the best weather here lately!! What's up sunny O.C.? But last week we finally had some awesome weather! So what did we do?? Loaded the truck up and went to the beach!! Huntington was packed because it is Spring Break but Madison loved it because she is a "people watcher"! haha! She was so fascinated by everything and everyone!! I really enjoy these family days when its just the 3 of us<3

i Just love having a baby girl! Especially around the holidays! She is my lil' Barbie doll and i love plaing dress up! haha!
Cant wait for when she gets older and we can make Green eggs and ham together and search for that pot of gold by following the leprechauns tracks! :)
