BABY SHOWER #2 [[SAN DIEGO, CA]]

As if Madison wasn't already spoiled enough.. a few of my aunts and grandma wanted to throw me a co-ed family baby shower! My mom and her husband were flying in to California for the week and my cousin was having a big party for her daughter's 1st birthday! My Aunts saw this as a good opportunity to have a family shower for me since they werent able to make it to my Ridgecrest shower. It was so nice to see all my family! Madison is so blessed to have such a great family and i cant wait for her to meet them! She got a lot of new outfits and other items as well! One thing in particular that i LOVED was the gift my great Aunt Cindy made her.. her very first quilt! it is BEAUTIFUL!

It was so nice to have all my siblings there and their kids! And im glad my mom was able to see me pregnant! She'll be back to visit shortly after Madison decides to come out! :)

One person that couldnt make it was my daddy! He is away on travel for work. He has been in Japan all summer! We ALL missed him a lot and cant wait for him to return! He should be back around the time Madison is here!

33 week ultrasound

BABY MADISON @ 33 WEEKS

So, Dr. Tatarin decided to have me schedule another ultrasound at 33 weeks. He was worried about her growth at 28 weeks so we did one then, but she was measuring okay but will probably be a small baby. When i went in for my 32 week appointment my fundus was still measuring small so he wanted to check the position she was in as well as her growth one more time. I didn't complain because that meant we got to see our baby one more time before she arrives!


She had grown so much in the 5 weeks that we hadn't seen her. I was expecting this because she is so strong inside my belly now! When she moves it almost startles me, my whole body shakes! LoL! James swears she's like the HULK and ready to come out NOW! haha!


The ultrasound tech got some very good shots for us but not very many pictures. Thats ok because daddy and i were both there to see them! We saw a clear shot of her mouth and nose.. she has my BIG bottom lip! Dad is in trouble because that makes for one good POUTY lip! (But DADDY PLEASEEEE! **POUT**) haha!


Another thing Madison inherited from me... my HUGE feet! LoL! As the u/s tech was counting my toes, james looked at the image then down at mine and just smiled! Afterwards he said "She definitely has your feet and toes!"! Oops! Dont know if those newborn shoes are going to fit her feet! haha! poor girl! I keep seeing all these things she is inheriting from me but i just know she is going to come out looking like her dad's TWIN! i cant wait to see her beautiful face! ♥
